| The Pet-Stop System* is a simple and easy to
install system to stop petaloid base bottles from rotating during cap
application. The system consists of an infeed transfer plate, main
capper base and capper discharge transfer plate. Once installed, there are
no other modifications required for running different size packages.
No more knife points that penetrate the bottle flange.
The bottles are lowered onto the main capper plate by way of the infeed
transfer plate. The main capper plate has custom designed
anti-rotation stops that positively engage with petaloid feet of the
bottle. This assures no bottle rotation during cap
application. After cap application, the discharge transfer plate
lifts the bottle off the main capper plate and on to the discharge
conveyor. The design of the transfer plates make for very smooth
transfers in and out of the capper.
